We seek to develop the topic and to gain some knowledge!
We start from the first concept:

Human Body Weight:

Biologically is the weight body (but in fact we should speak of mass ) of a human being, or the result of mass of tissues, organs and fluids in our system.

  • diseases and disorders, hormonal environment

Energy Balance
To date, it is not entirely clear the 'importance of various factors on weight. The majority of researchers is inclined to believe that the Lifestyle and therefore poor diet and lack of physical activity are among the largest makers of 'current problem of' excess weight as body weight is very often the ' tangible expression of our " ENERGY BALANCE", a sort of imbalance between revenue (food and drink) and caloric expenditure (both at rest and during exercise physics).
